10) You'll save $25 because your annual member fee is waived if you participate in the annual meeting!

The member owners of Co-op Power will gather to set the path for Co-op Power in the coming year, elect new board members, discuss strategies for launching our biodiesel plant, further develop our regional outreach strategy, and have some fun.
Your annual membership fee is waived if you come!
RSVP online and complete the proxy form to help you prepare for the meeting. Please fill out the proxy form even if you're planning to attend the meeting to help us ensure we'll meet our 50% quorum requirements. You can pick up your own voting packet when you arrive at the meeting.

9 am to 2 pm - The Playground Pavilion is available for Co-op Power members to use
2-3 pm - Family Games for kids of all ages
3-4 pm - Pre-meeting Think Tank Sessions

Annual Member Meeting Agenda - 4-7 pm
(Child Care provided during the meeting.)
1) Welcome and Introductions
2) Biodiesel plant development - Update on the biodiesel industry. Update on biodiesel plant financing - Discussion: Are we ready to raise member loans to launch this project?
3) The State of the Co-op - Small groups discuss the written Board, Manager, Financial, and Products and Services Work Group reports, get their questions answered, and decide whether the Co-op's going in the right direction and accomplishing what needs to be done.
4) Board Representation - Discussion of representation on the Co-op Power board of directors and Northeast Biodiesel's board. Who serves on those boards now? What qualities are we looking for in board members now? What geographic representation do we have already on our boards. As a multi-racial and multi-class movement, what representation do we have from different races and classes? Introductions to candidates and election of Board Members.
5) Agreement Changes - We'll review, edit and adopt the changes required to our Articles of Incorporation and By-laws to implement the regional structure adopted at the annual member meeting last year. 6) Dinner and small group reports - Decisions on recommendations made by small groups related to Co-op Power products and services, programs, and future investment in biomass projects.
7) Closing
